-Pay 50% of total value(land and house) the remaining cost the client can pay installment every month up to 5 years plus 6% interest rate/year
-After the house pay off, we will give you possessory right on the land and house for 90 year lease for foreigner but for A Thai person will be transfer to your name both land and house.
